This hotel was brilliant location 10 mins walk from King's Cross and Euston, 5mins walk from Russell Square tube. Bus stops right outside to Covent Garden. The staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for you. Supplied extra tea and coffee when needed. Rooms cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good, good variety of food and drink, busy at times, but again a member of staff found us a table and cleaned it for our use. The restaurant is an Indian at night time and the food was delicious . You can also get bar meals reasonably priced. Room a bit dated but didn't bother us, bar and restaurant area lovely and comfortable. All in all we had an excellent stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

The location in Bloomsbury and close to King's Cross Station is ideal for me, and the prices are very reasonable for central London. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the appearance much improved since redecoration and refurbishment (I last stayed there in 2019). I never have the breakfast so can't speak to that. WiFi and TV are fine. Lovers of literature should know that the hotel is built on the site of Virginia Woolf's old home in Tavistock Square, destroyed during the Blitz. And you can walk to the British Museum. Good for London Underground also.

The breakfast was really good:- delicious, varied, good quality items well prepared. The room and beds were comfortable and it was pleasing to have You Tube on the television. It was good to have a friendly bar downstairs with comfy chairs and a peaceful ambience. I would particularly recommend the delicious ice cream available in the bar. All in all it made for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The service at beakfast and in the bar was exemplary - friendly and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in Central London. The hotel was clean and there was staff at the front desk at all times. The hotel is only a few blocks from Euston Station where you can catch a train, a bus or a subway. There are a number of little restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There are some tourist sites such as the British Museum that you can walk to. There is a button at the front desk to call a taxi which will arrive in five minutes. Staff were helpful and friendly.

When you travel by plane to Heathrow Airport and want to be lodged in the centre but not amidst the turmoil of e.g. Covent Garden or Leicester Square, a location near Russell Square is ideal because the place is quiet, the centre is just a short walk away, and the Underground Piccadilly Line from Heathrow serves the Russell Square station. Breakfast OK (better now than a couple years before) but the room may get crowded on weekends.
